Leadership Flight School™ isn't training - it is a high-impact learning experience that immerses you in leadership transformation.  We'll do this by using proven leadership templates or recipes for success and allow you to practice them with your Delta Team until they become natural.

You will graduate not only being confident with new leadership tools, but confident in applying them.  Just as a flight simulator allows pilots to practice in a safe environment, you'll perform and perfect what you've learned in Bartell's own Executive Simulator™.
