We will send you a $300 check for everyone who attends Leadership Flight School because of your referral - professional colleagues, friends, even family employed by a company other than your own employer. You may also give to your new referral an introductory scholarship of $1,000 towards standard tuition of $4,900 for sessions between now and August, 2010.

After you fill out this form, you will receive your LFS rewards PIN# and will be presented with a pre-filled form containing your information, ready to be emailed to anyone you want to refer.
