Overview

Leadership Flight School™ is a 4 ½ day immersion in leadership tools and technology. You will be exposed to leadership templates which are like recipes for consistent results. Flight School is tailored to who you are, and develops you from that point. To accomplish this, you will complete a battery of Bartell Assessment instruments as part of your pre-work. The results of that assessment will be used to create a customized development plan for you.

Leadership Flight School™ starts with theory, but quickly moves into real world application. As a group, Flight School participants will discuss real challenges that you are facing in your workplace, and as your team of experts, will help you discover real solutions.  If you’re looking for leadership development that works - you’ve found it!
