While Leadership Flight School™ Level I is focused on leading individuals, Leadership Flight School™ Level II is all about teams and team dynamics.  You will learn tools and techniques for architecting and leading teams.  Just like Level I, Level II Flight School™ uses a “hands-on” approach.  Flight School™ Level II focuses on real world practice and application so you walk away with real solutions for your team challenges.
