Peer Leadership

Overview

As Servant Leadership is integrated into the organization, it is important to get all levels of the organization “speaking the same language”.  That is where the Peer Leadership™ program is critically important.  To be a leader you must have good followers.  Our experience tells us that the best followers are “leaders in training.”  Peer Leadership™ is designed to help you build good followers.

The 1 Day Course infuses participants with a Servant Leadership orientation that provides emerging talent with an understanding of “what” peer leadership is and “how” they can flourish by applying it, as they continue to develop into other-centric, proactive, internally driven “followers” advancing towards new leadership opportunities.

It’s all about “leading up!”  Peer Leadership™ equips emerging talent with “people power” and a servant leadership paradigm that allows them to be invaluable followers, towards their leadership pursuits.  The application oriented course (designed around learning and practicing in break out sessions and activities/exercises) covers a wide range of topics.

Who Should Attend:
The 1 Day Peer Leadership Workshop™ is tailored to a broad audience – for individual contributors, to those with supervisory potential, and emergent talent being groomed for potential advancement.  It is designed for seamless integration with Leadership Flight School™ and the servant leadership philosophy to nurture a consistent and sustainable leadership culture.
