We understand that emergencies do arise. If for some reason you need to reschedule, we invite you to find another person from your company to attend in your spot. If that is not possible, please refer to the cancellation/rescheduling policy below:

| Cancel/reschedule 20 days or fewer prior to your session… | You will be billed 100% of your session. |
